About Us

We are a Brighton-based digital production company, founded in 2003, now with 15 years experience at the forefront of cross-platform production. We have a blended business model that combines original IP development and production, with a digital agency providing interactive development and animation services to companies all over the world. We have an enviable client list that includes some of the biggest names in entertainment, both in the UK and in the USA.

Managing Director, Juliet Tzabar and Creative Director, Dom Minns, met whilst working at digital agency, Victoria Real in 2000. It’s here that they first worked together on an interactive project for kids, a BBC website for a CBBC show, called Xchange.

After spending the following few years each doing their own thing, Dom and Juliet joined forces again in 2006, when Juliet was brought on to project manage one of Plug-in’s early game projects: Extreme Pamplona. In 2009 the team produced BAFTA-winning, Big and Small House for CBeebies and subsequently were able to grow and cement their reputation as a leading kids’ content production company. In 2012 the company diversified into original IP production, bringing Tee and Mo to CBeebies as a suite of web games the following year.

Jobs

We’re always on the new look out for talented interactive and linear production talent. We look for enthusiasm and agility, with an openness to learn new things, and a keeness to go the extra mile to produce content of the highest quality.

Our busy studio has a positive and cheerful atmosphere. Everyone works hard, but we like to have fun whilst we’re doing it. We’re not saving lives, we’re just making the best children’s media in the world - and there’s no point in being too serious about that! We have regular company outings (tickets to the Brighton Fringe Festival is a favourite), have free sandwich or soup Thursdays (depending on the season), the odd rooftop barbeque and all the usual, traditional company benefits such as up to 25 days holiday, childcare vouchers, bike scheme and the like. We’re really happy to hear from parents and are pleased to consider requests for flexible working.
